SLAA is very pleased to host a speaker series featuring Chinese National Academy of Governance professors Dr. Dong Xiao Jun and Dr. Zhu Lan on November 30th, 2013. The two will be speaking on “Low-carbon Economy & National Strategy” and “Confucianism and Modernisation” respectively. The event is open to public.
